Executive-director of the Council on American-Islamic Affairs (CAIR) Los Angeles chapter Hussam Ayloush delivered a Friday sermon at the UCLA anti-Israel student encampment on April 26, 2024. In a video of the sermon, which was posted on the Instagram account of CAIR-LA, Ayloush said: "It is as much an American genocide as it is an Israeli genocide.
