Syria-Based Twitter Account Promotes Jihadi Groups, Raises Money Via Bitcoin, Monero, Uses Curious Cat Q&A Platform

A Twitter account managed from inside Syria started tweeting in 2015 and has nearly 7,000 followers whom it updates regarding the actions of Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) and other rebel factions in the Idlib governorate. The user has Bitcoin and Monero accounts for raising money and uses the Q&A platform Curious Cat.
